Important Dates for 2026:
-SAVE THE DATE: Kendal Photo Day will be Friday, June 19th at Kendal Hall. 
-Wrap Up Day for U7, U9, and U11 will be Sat, July 25 in Cobourg. 

Preparing for Registration:
If you played Kendal Baseball in 2025, your childs information will be saved in the system. You will need your child's access code to register this year. You can look up you child's access code by clicking the link below, and filling in their name and birthdate.

If your child is born in 2021, and has already played 2 years of Blastball, you can request they be moved to U7 Coachpitch this summer. Please register under U5, and then email kendalroyas@gmail.com to request the change. No guarantees, as it is all based on space at the U7 level. 

We have not run a U15 team in a numer of years. Players are encouraged to register with Northumberland for U15 (https://site1476.goalline.ca/register.php?reg_form_id=44554). If you would like to play as an over-aged player on the Kendal U13 team, please email kendalroyals@gmail.com. 

We are exploring running a U9 Select Team this summer. This team would have additional practices, a few games, and attend an away tournament. There will be an additional cost for this team. There will be an option to express interest on the registration form.

Information about Playing for Kendal Baseball

• Your registration fee includes team shirt and hat, memory mat photo, and medal/tophy. Fees also go to player insurance and operational costs (ie. equipment, umpirees). 
• We play in a house league loop with Northumberland (except U5- Blastball, who just plays in Kendal).
• Season usually begins the first week of May, depending on weather and diamond conditions.
• Required Equipment- U5 (Blastball): Running Shoes, Ball Glove
• Required Equipment- U7 and Above: Running Shoes, Ball Glove, Baseball Helmet, Jock/Jill (Highly Recommended)
• Optional Equipment- U7 and Above: Baseball Shoes (Plastic, not Metal), Baseball Bat
• We aim to have 2 teams for each division. Kendal 1 is BLUE, Kendal 2 is GREY.

Weather
Wondering if a game or practice is cancelled due to weather? Decisions are usually made by 4pm on the day of the game or practice. You will be notiifed by email of any cancellation. 

 

Ball Park Etiquette

Please remember that Kendal Ball Park (Jackson Harvey Memorial Park) is a family friendly space, and is run entirely by volunteers.
A few reminders to keep the ball season a success!

• Please keep dogs/pets on a leash. 
• Please ensure you are smoking/vapping away from players.
• Please ensure you are mindful of other games and practices that are occuring on other diamonds, and the busy parking lot, especially on those walks to the playground.
